Mrs Sai Sasi
Having worked in care and the telecom sector for over 15 years, Sasi and Sai have reached a stage in their life where they want to make a real difference to the society, we live in. They believe passionately in the importance and value of the service we provide to older people and frail members of our community, so have dedicated the last 12 years establishing care homes and most recently home care too.
Clarice joined Hillyfield Rest Home in January 2019. Clarice has been working in care for 10 years, mostly in residential homes dedicated to dementia care. Alongside this, Clarice completed a degree in Health, Community and Social Care Studies, achieving an upper second-class honour. This, as well as various other qualifications enabled Clarice to fill her position of Acting Manager at Hillyfield Rest Home and Deputy Manager for our sister company Serendip Home Care.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends and going on holidays!
Head of Care
Ms Norma Baker
Norma joined the Hillyfield team in October 2017. Norma has been working in care for the past 15 years and has vast experience in dementia care. Norma has a Level 5 diploma in health and social care, as well as various other qualifications. In her spare time, Norma enjoys visiting family overseas and is a crazy cat lady!
Our care team are on hand to provide 24-hour personal care assistance for people who need support, encouragement, companionship and security while promoting independence in a safe, comfortable and homely environment. Some of our staff members have been with us for more than 20 years,
Our team are on hand to support our guests around the clock so that they have the freedom to do as they choose and peace of mind knowing that all the little things are being taken care of.
Activities & Wellbeing Team
We want everyday life to feel rewarding and fulfilling for each and every person we look after. We get to know our residents, who they are as individuals and the interests they have. Our Activities team arranges a variety of one-to-one and social group activities, tailored to the likes and preferences of each resident. From in-house entertainment to taking trips out. From continuing or rekindling personal hobbies, to find new ones to enjoy. We want our residents to be happy and engaged, no matter what their healthcare needs.
Our maintenance team are on hand to help out with any maintenance, decoration, and repair work throughout the home. They help to keep our home and grounds safe for everyone living and working here.
Chef & Catering Team
So much of our health and well-being relies on the food we eat. Our skilled chef and catering team put their heart and soul into the food they make and serve to make sure residents have a pleasurable dining experience, filled with plenty of choice and variety.
Housekeeping & Domestic Team
Staff in this department are responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of our home. They play an important role in making sure our home is a pleasant and happy place to live and spend time.
