Kelsie has been in care for the past 7 years, in this time she has worked towards her NVQ Level 2, 3, 4 and 5. She started her career in a nursing home where she found a passion for looking after the elderly with a person-centred approach. Kelsie wants to ensure that Hillyfield remains a warm and friendly environment for our residents and our relatives. Kelsie wants to work along side staff to give the highest quality of care.
